With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Ann Read of Warren, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Landry and Amy Burke Landry; and her siblings, Nick Landry, Violet Lawson and Rosemary Edwards.
She is survived by: her husband Ivison Read of Warren; and her children, Mark Read (Christine) of Winnie, Scott Read (Dan Garza) of Houston, Todd Read (Michele) of Katy, Rosanne Sontag (Perry) of Fulshear and Paula Read of Houston. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home Chapel (113 W Holly St, Woodville, TX 75979). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
