She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Y. Collier and Minnie Bozeman Collier; her husband William "Billy" Pate; her son Richard Pate; and her sisters, Sue Collier and Fredda "Pat" Swanson.
She is survived by: her children, John Pate (Johanna) of Somerville and Jaye Pate Meurer (Thomas) of West; her grandsons, Jeremiah Pate (Marianne) of Warren, Joshua Pate of College Station, Dylan Meurer of West, Garrett Meurer of West and Colton Meurer of West; her great grandchildren, Rosemary, William, Henry Pate and Brooklyn Pate; and her brother Clifton Collier. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Methodist Children' Home in Waco, Texas.
