We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2018 we had to say goodbye to John Doane (Warren, Texas), born in Denison, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Doane and Cora Lee Hodges Doane; and his sisters, Lorene and Emma. He is survived by: his wife Carolyne; his children, Jon Doane (Sherri) of Ava and Lynn Young (Michael) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Justin of Ava, Jana (Dakota) of Springfield and Ashley (Nathan) of Springfield; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Shelby, Aubrey and Grayson; and his brother Jackie Doane of Warren.
In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate memorial contributions be made to the Shriner's Hospital and may be made through Holman-Howe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 199 Mansfield, MO 65704. (A complete obituary will be in the paper in a few weeks.).
