With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Danny Ray Crittenden Sr. of Warren, Texas, who passed away on December 27, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles Thomas Crittenden; his siblings, Thomas Crittenden, Linda Hall, Ann McClure, Peggy Gilkey and Martha Fay Crittenden; his in-laws, L. C. and Alene Yawn; and his brother Ray Quinn.
He is survived by: his mother Gladys Thelma Murray Crittenden of Hickman, KY; his wife Sandra Crittenden of Warren, TX; his sons, Kenny Adkins (Marie) of Pass Christian, MS, Danny Ray Crittenden, Jr. (Holly) of Newbern, TN, Thomas Crittenden (Angie) of Rosenberg, TX and Bret Murray of Houston, TX; his sisters, Joyce Quinn of Gainesville, TX and Vicki Quinn (Tony) of Hickman, KY; his brother-in-law Harold Yawn (Kim); his grandchildren, Mariah, Sommer, Madison, Joe, Hailey, Evan, Noah, Tyler, Karli, Caleb, Bailey, Buddy, Troy, Christopher of Emily, C. J., Breatt and Coby; and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Hadilynn, Bradley, Dalton, Lynlie, Ari, Gio, Adlee, Addison and Asher.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jesus Name Apostolic Tabernacle. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
