He was predeceased by: his brother Ronnie Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kelley; his children, Derek Kelley (Peggy), Matt Kelley, Tanner Kelley (Stacey) and Kristie Young (Will); and his brothers, Jeff Kelley, Keith Kelley and Chris Kelley. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
