He was predeceased by: his brother Jonathan Collins. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Wesenberg; his children, Sadin, Aiden and Adaline; his stepchildren, Kelsi Williams, Cara Rawls, Brytin Schaefer, Cody Rawls and Cole Rawls; his siblings, Andy Lindaas, Crystal Spears and Patricia Spears; and his stepfathers, Daniel Hamlett and Billy Wesenberg. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
