He was predeceased by: his parents, C. W. Swearingen and Susie Hartner Swearingen. He is survived by: his son Adam Beaugh (Jenna) of Greenville, SC; his siblings, Boyd Swearingen (Myra) of Magnolia, TX and Christine Horn of Warren, TX; his grandsons, Grayson, Luke and Brooks; the mother of his child Nancy Hatton of Spurger, TX; and his pet Dirk.
