He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Louis and Lois Elizabeth Gardner Raley; his siblings, James Raley and Ann Bell Grabin (Raley); his son Eddie Thomas Simon; and his grandson Anthony Simon.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Woodar Raley; his children, Lee "Skipper" Simon and Tammy DeRise (William "Billy"); his grandchildren, Kesha Simon, Amanda Fregia, Kandy Simon, Chad Simon, Caleb Simon, Emily Johnson, Brooklyn Johnson and Kailey Johnson; and his siblings, Donald Raley, Edna Mae Adams (Junior) and Carolyn Jean Perkins (Raley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
