It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelda Marburger of Wallis, Texas, who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elo Marburger and Emily Marburger (Hartmann); and her siblings, Delta Marburger, Ora and Leroy Marburger.
She is survived by: her nieces, Sharon Wagner and Beverly Raschke (Paul); her great-nieces, Melissa Compton (Brian) and Meredith Flip (Ryan); her great-nephew Chris Raschke (Brittany); and also, Kyle Compton, Sarah Compton, Addison Flip, Kate Raschke, Clara Raschke, Jim, Gloria Turnbull and Marie Page (Tillie Sell).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church of Wallis (218 Rogers St, Wallis, TX 77485). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at the Sealy Cemetery (768 4th St, Sealy, TX 77474).
