She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Kolafa and Mary Jungbauer Kolafa; her siblings, Eddie (Lillie Kolafa), Aileen (John Drozd), Rosalie (Jerry Miculek), Lidge (Helen Kolafa) and Jerry (Judy Kolafa); her brother-in-law Ernie Hudgens; and her nephew James Kolafa.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Hudgens of Wallis and Victor Kolafa (Jo Ann) of Orange City; and her extended family, Dennis, Margaret, Ben and Lucy Pustejovsky of Wallis, Texas.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
