He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dusek and Olga Dusek (Smaistrla); and his brother Allen Gerard Dusek. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Dusek, Charles Dusek (Diana), Clarice Henry (Greg Henry), Kenneth Dusek (Kathryn) and Dianne Emmons (Dusek); his sister-in-law Madelyn Dusek (Rod); his children, Mark Dusek (Bobbie), Kimberly Kocian (Henry Kocian) and Christine Ramsey (Mick Stafford); and his former wife Francis "Tina" Dusek (York). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in James's memory to the Wallis Knights of Columbus, an organization close to his heart.
