He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Derrell Finch and Martha Ann Finch; his wife Heather Peyton Finch; his children, Thomas Carter Finch Jr., Cole Daniel Finch and Paisley Marie Finch; his brother David Glenn Finch (Amy Lea Finch); and his nephew Levi Weston Finch.
