He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Ray Slocumb (Bloodgood); his wife Pat; his children, Julie, Tom Beavers of Houston, Jeff and Sheridan Slocumb of Houston; his grandchildren, Scott, Elizabeth Muchow of Houston, Emily Muchow (Cole Parker) of Houston and Jeremy Slocumb (Hanna Herzog) of Dallas; his great grandchild Benjamin Scott Muchow of Houston; his brothers, Jim (Dorothy Slocumb), Earl (Nina Slocumb) and John (Pam Slocumb); and his parents-in-law, Norma Powell, Barbara Ann Ferguson, Buddy and Janice Bloodgood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
