He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Machac and Merle Matzke Machac McMillian; his brothers, Thomas Lynn, John Merle and Albert Frank Machac; and his nephew Thomas Lynn Machac.
He is survived by: his wife Carole; his daughters, Nancy Machac-Bolcik (Jayson) and Reagan Machac-Hoffart (Greg); his sister-in-law Dorothy Machac; his brothers, George William Machac (Barri) and Warren Merle Machac (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Brody John Bolcik, Lauren Victoria Bolcik, John Wayne Hoffart, Wyatt Russell Hoffart and Emma Leigh Hoffart. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
