Laberta Cooper was predeceased by: parents, John Cooper and Louise Cooper; son Harvey Purvis; and sibling Lucille Martin of Waller. Laberta Cooper is survived by: children, William Griffin Matthews (Barbara), Kyle Kagawa Purvis (Kathy) and Lila Sue Davis (Joe) of Celeste Mileski; grandchildren, Patricia Jones, John Matthews, Dixie Latiolais, Eileen Jarman, Lamar Davis, Joe B. Davis III (Trey), Justin Blake Davis, Ricky Savell, Lisa Moore, Lori Kana, Leslie Savell, Tonya Rivera, Terri Riccardelli, Tarina Purvis, Keri Beth Kagawa and Kristin McLaren; and daughter-in-law Jo Purvis. Laberta Cooper is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
