She was predeceased by: her husband Chris E. Winter. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey T. Winter (Kathy) and Chris Franklin Winter; her siblings, Kenneth Franklin (Cissy) and Robbie Young (Curtis); her grandchildren, Cole Winter and Francis Redd; and her great grandchildren, Madison Redd and Morgan Redd. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
