She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Louis Jozwiak and Julia Leshikar Jozwiak; and her husband Carl David Kulhanek, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Carl David Kulhanek, Jr. (Linda) and Robin Kulhanek Day (Stephen); and her grandson Tyler Christopher Day. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
