She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kostak and Kamila Kostak; her husband Richard Frey; her son Ronnie Frey; and her siblings, Della Divin, Mary Jones, Anton Kostak and Joe Kostak.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Charlie Ann Burt (Steven), Brittany Martin, Camilla Martin (Travis Swisher), David Frey and Mikul Klehm; and her great grandchildren, Averi Burt, Ian Burt and April Frey. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
