He was predeceased by: his parents, Corliss Smoot Mullins and Ernest Elvin Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Mullins; his children, David Kyle Tracy (Michelle), Michael Robert Gordon Mullins, Anne Mullins and Melanie Timm (Kai); his grandsons, Aiden Terrell, Ryan Terrell and Dylan Jones; and his siblings, David Mullins and Connie Leigh Mullins.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to Waller United Methodist Church Youth Group in honor of Jim.
