He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Morris Lee Potts, Sr. and Elcy Shultz; his stepfather Leroy Shultz; and his sister Janice Thorpe. He is survived by: his children, Donald Ray Potts, Jr., Kerry Potts, Leslie Rash (Russell Rash) and Chris Potts (Kelli Potts); his grandchildren, Maison Potts, Spencer Jackson, Kadie Potts, Meagan Potts, Tyler Rash, Taylor Davis (Deven) and Gavin Potts (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Cayne, Camden, Angel, Aiden, Caylom, Luca and Declan.
