He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Mary Borman and Charlie Flukinger Jr.; and his brother Larry Flukinger (Mary Amanda McMaster). He is survived by: his friend Mary McMaster; his siblings, Mark Flukinger (Susan Brejcha) and Cindy Flukinger (Roland Stasny); his daughters, Kathy Flukinger (Lee French) and Sarah Flukinger (Chad Hillman); his grandchildren, Aubrey Dale French, Isabella Louise Hillman and Jackson Charles Hillman; and his close friend Socorro Rodriguez (Wanda Harris). He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
