It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles M. Whatley of Waller, Texas, born in Conroe, Texas, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Whatley and Irene Whatley (Williams); and his siblings, Houston, Phillip Whatley, Betty Blair and Barbara Collier.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Whatley; his children, Francis Whatley (Katherine Green), Anthony Wayne Whatley and Heather; and his son-in-law Don Karnes. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren.
