She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Copeland and Ida Mae Copeland (Samuel Lewis Spinks); her children, Samuel Lewis Spinks, Jr., Fredrick Leon Spinks and Norma Jean King; and her siblings, Fred Copeland, Shelton Copeland, Willie Copeland, Eugene Copeland, Milton Copeland, Irene Hall, Ofiline Tyler, Essie Padgett and Imogene Bishop.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Foudray; her son-in-law Jerry Foudray; and her children, Connie Wawarofsky and John Spinks. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
