He was predeceased by: his mothers, Amelia Vallejo Perez and Isabel M. Perez, Jr.; his son Nicholas Samuel Perez; and his sister Rosie Ann Perez. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Valdez-Perez; his daughter Briana Yvette Perez; his grandson Nicholas Samuel Greene; and his siblings, Adela Marie Perez, Jose Luis Perez and Victor Matthew Perez.
