He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Paiz and Louise Paiz; his wife Jane Paiz; and his grandchildren, Lailah and Legend.
He is survived by: his children, Ashlee Paiz, Kaylee Cruz and Kyle Paiz; and his siblings, Martin Paiz, Ray Paiz (JoAnne), Robert Paiz (Mary Rose), Alfonso Jr. (Susan), David Paiz (Janalee), Randy Paiz (Heidi) and Elia Rutherford (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
