He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy M. Morgan and Frances Lee Morgan (Rust); and his siblings, Frances Morgan and Benny Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Pam V. Morgan; his children, Roy Morgan (Carmen), Troy Morgan, Mark Morgan, Paul "Ponke" Villanueva (Monica Rodriguez) and Lydia Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Ashley Morgan, Jacob Morgan, Zachary Morgan, Tiffany Morgan, Cameron Morgan, Sarah Villanueva, Matthew Villanueva and Kaylea Villanueva; his great grandchildren, Jacob Roy Morgan, Micah Alexander Morgan, Jude Isaac Morgan and Aubrey Malagarie; and also John R. Morgan.
