Foster; his children, Stephanie Marie Cardenas (Jen), Roland D. Foster, Jr. and Christina R. Foster (Richard Dahms); and his siblings, Raymond A. Foster, Jr., Cynthia Maria Foster, Arthur Foster (Nelda), Jena Foster (Genevieve), Diana Gatica (Freddie), Liz Foster, John Lee Foster, Pearl Foster, Joy Muelas (Charles) and Frankie Lopez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
