He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Juan Cortinez and Mary Santos Carmona; and his great-aunt Rachel Leyendecker. He is survived by: his parents, Chelsea Lugo and Sergio Galvan; his brother Alexander Galvan; and his grandparents, Carol Lugo, Sergio and Mary Galvan. He is also survived by numerous loving family members and friends.
