He is survived by: his parents, Olivia "Libby" and Juan; his children, Stephanie Marie De Santiago, Jessi Nichole De Santiago (Dai Zavala), Juan Andrew De Santiago III, Jakob Ronnie Cash De and Katelyn Maribel De Santiago; his significant other Esmerelda Ruiz; his sisters, Yolanda Louise De Santiago and Olivia Eulalia De Santiago; the mothers of children, Chastity, Danielle and Sara; and his grandchildren, Dominic Adam Lucero and Dai Elijah Zavala III. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
