He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Sanchez Cisneros; his grandson Richard Cisneros, Jr.; and his siblings, Mary Cisneros, Isabel Cisneros, Marcos Cisneros, David Cisneros and Jimmy Cisneros.
He is survived by: his father Santiago Cisneros; his sons, Richard Cisneros (Beatrice Villanueva-Cisneros) and Daniel Cisneros (Araseli Barrientos); his grandchildren, Aryana Clanton, Angelina Cisneros, Ricardo Cisneros, Jose Cisneros, Ariel Saldivar, Leah Cisneros and Daniel Cisneros, Jr.; and his siblings, Elida Gallardo (Arthur), Joann Cisneros and Daniel Cisneros. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Services will be live-streamed to allow participation by those unable to attend through Facebook Live, Mission - South Side Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin, capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
