He is survived by: his wife Irene Mendez-Tello; and his children, Rusty Tello (Mary Alice), Rory Tello (Jo Ann), Mary Esther Mendoza (Gilbert), Linda Tello, Brenda Tello Horton (Charles) and Bernadette Tello Streetman (Christopher).
