He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Acosta and Jacinta Ojeda Acosta. He is survived by: his children, Jose Louis, Juan Albert (Anna Reidmiller), Robert (Josie Recio), Gloria, Sylvia, Lisa and Carolyn Felix (David Pardo); his wife Guadalupe S. Acosta; his siblings, Josephine Contreras, Guadalupe Acosta and Frank Acosta; and his aunt Juanita Acosta. He is also survived by eight children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandson.
