He was predeceased by: his wife Blaza Estrada Rios; his parents, Catarino Rios, Sr. and Josephine Perez; his siblings, Edward Rios, Sr., Albert Rios, Bertha Trevino and Andrea "Sandy" Moreno; his son-in-law Joe Hipolito; and his grandsons, Richard and Michael Hipolito.
He is survived by: his children, Janie Hipolito, Sylvia Rios Medina, Ezekiel Rios Jr. (Lucy), Anita Wilkerson (Donald) and Martin Rios (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Andrew Hipolito, Mark Medina, Israel Jimenez, Valerie Hernandez, Beatrice Sanchez, George Sanchez, Derek Wilkerson, Darrin Wilkerson, Martin Rios Jr., Jonathan Rios, Michelle Rios and Ariel Rios; his siblings, Catarino Rios, Jr. (Mary Jo), Rudy Rios, James Rios (Thelma), Carmen Ramirez (Edward) and Lucia Rios; and his sister-in-law Gloria Rios. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin, capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
