He is survived by: his wife Leslie Ann Hernandez; and his children, Jonathan Ray Hernandez (Jessica Almora) of Enrique, Andres Jesus Hernandez, Deziree Arianna Hernandez, Maria Gonzales, Jaden Sol Hernandez, Elijah Josiah Hernandez, Frances Hernandez Newton (Dramatic) and Mario Ray Hernandez.
