He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Galvan, Sr. and Hortencia Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Neece (Jerry), Victoria Martinez (Jose Gil) and Olivia Garcia (Angel Vasquez); his grandchildren, Kaylinn Neece, Jakob Neece, Gabriel David Gil, Avery Gil, Anthony Vasquez, Alaina Vasquez and Aviana Vasquez; and his siblings, Frank Galvan, Jr., Regino Galvan (Ofelia), Pete Galvan, Jesse Galvan, Rosemary Galvan and Ruth Galvan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin, capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries. Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask. and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.
