She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Wood, Jeffrey Herrera (Regina), David Herrera, Jr., John Paul Herrera (Chelsie) and Michael Eric Herrera (Alysia); her close friend Gilbert Vasquez; her stepchildren, Stella Vasquez (Armondo Reyes), Layla M. Vasquez and Gilbert Vasquez, Jr.; her siblings, Arnulfo Meledez, Jr. (Maria Antonia), Lucille Miles (William) and Joe Arthur Melendez (Sylvia); and the father of her children David Herrera, Sr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
