He is survived by: his wife Irma; his children, Benny Rivera, Jr., April Rivera (Jose Rios), Monica Rivera and Troy Rivera; and his siblings, Ophelia Ramirez (Joe), Janie Guerrero (Lee), Connie Rivera-Olson (David), Christine Schmidt (Larry), Gloria Avila and Richard Rivera, Jr.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
