He was predeceased by: his parents, Dimas Billela and Victoria Lopez Villela; his siblings, Francisco Villela, George Villela, Domingo Villela, Julia Villela, Dominga Villela, Johnny Villela and Terry Ybarra; and his brother-in-law Santiago Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Villarreal, Christopher Villela and Andrew Villela, Jr. (Selena); his grandchildren, Julia Villarreal, Erica Gonzales, Reuben Gonzales, Nicole Villela, Samantha Villela, Victoria Villela, Chris Villela, Layla Villela, Mia Villela and Andrew Villela III; and his siblings, Linda Garcia, Memo Villela (Virgie), Mary Machado (Roy) and Evaristo Villela (Esperanza). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin, capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries. Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask. and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.
