He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Johnston and Earnestine Johnston; and his brother Ronney Johnston. He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine Ruff-Clemmer (Raleigh Clemmer) of Hooks Texas and Ernest Johnston (Janice) of Marshall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
