He is survived by: his wife Becky Summers of Wake Village, Texas; his children, Douglas B. Summers II (Rena) of San Antonio, Texas and Shannon Mauldin of Rogers, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lela Summers of San Antonio, Preston Mauldin and Grayson Mauldin of Rogers, Arkansas; his sister Sherrie; his brother-in-law Chuck Thompson of Wake Village; and his close friend Ron Rehkopf of Houston.
