We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2024, at the age of 87, William Richard Turner (Waco, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walker Turner and Mabeth Carson Turner of Wawa, PA; his sister Joan Derr of Chico, CA; and his wife Eileen B. Turner. He is survived by: his children, Anne Lornson of Waco, TX, Donald Turner (Judy Turner) of Kansas City, MO and Katherine O'Donnell (Joseph O'Donnell) of China Spring, TX; his sister Ruth Anderson of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne and Ryan Tosatto. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
