She was predeceased by: her parents, J. H. McCleskey and Lillie Mae McCleskey; her husband Fred Thomas Ferguson, Jr.; her brother Pat McCleskey; and her son-in-law Michael Tusa.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Ferguson, Rebecca Tusa and Melissa Ray; her grandchildren, Angel Beals (Tusa), Frank Tusa, Fred Tusa, Kyrstyn Ray, Jesse Ray and Savannah Ray; and her great grandchildren, Kaydence and Landry Beals.

A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rosemound Cemetery (3201 S 12th St, Waco, TX 76706).
