He is survived by: his daughter Diana Lynn Cale; his father Bobby Cale (Shayna); his siblings, Seth Cale (Tristen), Destiny Cale (Quacy Allen) and Abigail Dougherty; his nephew Kade Ray Cale; his niece Elara Cale; and his grandmothers, Pamela McCurdy and Melinda Cale-Wallace.
