He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelda Reese Williams and I. C. Williams, Jr. (June). He is survived by: his children, Whitney Williams of Gatesville and Jordan Williams of College Station; his grandchildren, Holton, Felicity, Cayden and Coulter; his siblings, Kathy Greco (Leonard) of Temple, Gerry Williams of Austin and Lisa Hillin of Academy; his friend Laura Briscoe (Butch); and his family Chris Hays (Katie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
