He is survived by: his wife Darlene Downes Wendland; his children, Jody Taylor (Lisa), Chad Taylor (Rhonda), Heath Taylor, Holly Taylor, Alan Wendland (Kristie), Chanda Rivers (Brad) and Krisha Weingartner (Ty); his grandchildren, Heather, Riggen, Channing, Caden and Colby of Taylor, J. T.; and his great grandchildren, Carrigan, Lana, Lily, Ryker, Easton and Adley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Road Church of Christ Missions Fund.
