Terry Eugene Carter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Terry Eugene Carter (Waco, Texas), born in Ardmore, Oklahoma. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Jean Carter and Rev. Eugene Carter; and his sister Lisa E. Carter King. He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmenia "Vicky"; his stepson Nathaniel L. Thompson; his sister Carmen "Candy" Carter; and his nieces and nephews, Erica Nicole King, Dana Byrd, Christopher Scott King and Tyrone Wright.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greater Mt. Olive Church (500 Turner St, Waco, TX 76704). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. He participated in various programs at the church as a youth and adult; these included being an usher, attending Vacation Bible School, participating in holiday plays, and most recently providing Sunday morning church pickup service for the elderly and disabled prior to COVID-19.
