She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Cornelius Collins and Ruby Love Collins; and her husband Kenneth Baxter. She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Stewart; her son-in-law Daniel Stewart; her daughter Rosemary Barrios; her son-in-law Randy Barrios; her grandsons, Gabe Crye and Justin Crye; her granddaughter-in-law Beckah Crye; her granddaughter Erin M. Clark; and her grandson-in-law Samuel Clark. She is also survived by grandkids, great grandkids& friends.
