He is survived by: his parents, Delia Felan and Louis Felan of Meridian; his wife Leah Lowe Felan; his sons, Cassius Louis (Cash), Charlie Rey of Waco and Steven James Louis (Lauren) of Oglesby; his granddaughter Madison Brielle; his brothers, Alejandro (Celine) of Austin and Nicolas (Candice) of Waco; his grandmother Herminia Felan of Meridian; his aunt Janie Felan of Waco; his parents-in-law, Beth and Chuck Lowe of Waco; and his nieces and nephews, Michaela, Chris Levario, Benjamin Lowe, Kaitlyn Lowe and Madison Lowe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
