He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Earl Parker; and his grandparents, Lucy, Doc Donaldson, Lillie Bell and AC Parker.
He is survived by: his mother Alline Parker; his sister Kaye Meredith; his wife Valerie Parker; his children, Austin Parker and Jessica Smith; his son-in-law Erik Smith; and his grandchildren, Parker Smith and Vivian Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
