Shirley A. Walters Obituary
The memory of Shirley A. Walters of Waco, Texas, who passed away on November 23, 2024 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, August Pederson and Alline Pederson; and her husband Terry Walters. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Zapata (Amador); her grandchildren, Mariah Solano and Hunter Solano; her siblings, Otto Caldwell Jr. (Mollie), Travis Pederson (Carol) and Georgia Beard; and her stepchildren, Lance Walters (Yvette) and Leslie Morley (Dave). She is also survived by her step-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home (6101 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (2124 S 5th St, Waco, TX 76706).
